4K a year Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Administrator to join our team.
You will oversee and coordinate the maintenance down list at designated district to ensure the fleet is available, reliable and efficient per operational requirements.

&T program in all aspects of work performed to provide quality service in a safe and efficient manner.
Contact third party vendors on a regularly scheduled basis, this may also be dictated by estimated ready dates on the down list.
Maintain close communication with department leads/heads (i.
e.
pump, electronic, maintenance teams).
Some communication will be daily, while long term down could be weekly or even monthly.
Update internal repairs regularly.
Help manage repair orders (FMIS).
Enter PO, repair order data into down list.
Performs any and all job duties as assigned by supervisory personnel including general labor, as necessary.
This position is required to perform safety sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan.
